Description of restaurant: Hotel Aurum Zlaté Hory -  Restaurant and Bar: The quiet ambiance of the restaurant serves meals for the guests; however, it can be used not only for lunch or dinner, but also to sit down with friends or business partners. Our chefs prepare both Czech and international cuisine specialties for the guests.

Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, provided that our guests do not ask for something else. We organize gala banquets, music productions and accompanying programs for groups. The hotel has a large summer terrace with a pleasant sitting in summer months.

Recreation / tourism - Winter recreation: Thanks to its location, the Aurum Hotel offers a good starting point for cross country and down hill skiing. Many ski slopes, some of them which have artificial snow and equipped with lighting for night skiing, will satisfy the most demanding skiers. Of course, there are also ski terrains suitable for beginners, who will, in addition, appreciate the network of Sun Ski School with its experienced team of instructors. Furthermore, there are many well maintained cross country tracks and the possibility of skating., Winter in Jeseníky is simply unforgettable. The hotel offers its guests a ski bus, which will ease the transfer to more distant centers for the hotel guests. We will gladly provide you with more detailed information on skiing on location.

Summer recreation: Surrounding the hotel are many marked tourist routes and bike trails leading through the most beautiful and interesting parts of Jeseníky. The beautiful nature of Jeseníky, Rychlebské hory and Kralický Sněžník offer, in the area of 2500 km2, many touristic sites. You can visit many famous and less known places, such as the highest peak of Jeseníky Praděd with its 1492 m above sea level, Mechová jezírka (Moss Lakes) at Revíz, famous caves at Pomezí or, at Špičák, ruins of the castles Sovinec and Kobrštejn, Nýzerovské vodopády (Nýzerov waterfalls) and many others. You can choose the level of difficulty which suits your physical conditions yourself. All the trails have one thing in common - they lead through the beautiful land of the Protected Jeseníky Landscape Area.

The summer is inherently connected with water and water sports. Our surroundings offer several opportunities to spend a summer day by the water. You will love bathing in the natural Zlatohorské jezírko, located only 100 m from the hotel, or bathing in an outdoor heated swimming pool (4 km), or you can enjoy fishing in a pond full of fish (50 m). We also have several possibilities for lovers of extreme sports - e.g. the flooded mines (25 km) or Otmuchovská jezera (Otumchovská Lake) in Poland (35 km).

Autumn recreation: The autumn months are a paradise for all lovers of mushroom picking. The surrounding forests are a bottomless storehouse of boletuses and mushrooms. The most known are Boletus Edulis, Birch Bolete, Leccinum vulpinum, Xerocomus chrysenteron, and also Shirmpilz. This is only a short list of the most famous mushrooms growing in the area. And, in case it is not raining enough and there are not enough mushrooms, a walk in a wonderful landscape full of colors and smells of falling leaves will arouse a nostalgic mood in you.
